CONSUMER RIGHTS- DISTANT SELLING

Cancellation

You, as our customer have the right to cancel your order. Your cancellation request must be emailed to us at foreverlovehomescents@gmail.com within 14 days after the day you have received your goods. Return postage fees must be paid by customer. Once products have been received by us, you will receive a full refund including any postage you paid when you placed your order. If items are returned to us, and after inspection we have noticed the goods have been used then you will be reimbursed accordingly. Goods must be returned within 14 days of the date you informed us you would like to cancel your order. 

Refunds will be given within 14 days of receiving your goods back to us.

Statutory Rights

All goods supplied by us must be 

• of satisfactory quality
• be fit for purpose
• match the description

Contract

When placing an order with us, Forever Love Home Scents, you are agreeing to enter a contract. As our customer, you are agreeing an obligation to pay when placing your order. You have a right to cancel this contract as explained above under cancellation.
