How long will my order take to be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days (mon-fri). This time will vary depending on how busy we are. 

Do you deliver?

We deliver locally within a 2 mile radius of us (we are in Whitchurch, Bristol). 

When will my order arrive?

Order arrival times will vary depending on the postage type you choose. We offer 1st class postage and courier delivery. You will receive an email when your order has been fulfilled. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email.

How long will a wax melt last?

The amount of time our wax melts last will depend on the type of burner you use and fragrance purchased. All fragrances are different so one scent may last for many burns whereas a more subtle scent will last a shorter time. We recommend only using our melts in a wax melt burner/ warmer. Our melts work in both tealight burners and electric burners, tealight burners will get hotter as you use a naked flame to heat the melt but both are perfectly safe to use. Please always read our safety instructions that are attached to our wax melt packs.
