First class postage or courier deliveries avilable.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of placing your order. 

There may be a delay for out of stock items. 

All orders are sent via Royal Mail, unless otherwise agreed via a different shipping method. 

We cannot be held responsible for delivery times once your order has been shipped.

 

Returns

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the products are returned to us in their original packaging and no products have been used.

Products must be returned to us at your own cost. 

We are happy to exchange any products that have been delivered to you damaged or faulty. Proof of damage will be required by sending a photo to us via email: foreverlovehomescents@outlook.com

Damaged/ faulty goods shipping will be covered by us, Forever Love Home Scents.

If you simply change your mind and you wish to cancel your order, then return fees are your responsibility.
